In our 20th year of business, DWS has a number of experienced teams of commercial roofers that can provide excellent roofing and waterproofing services throughout Eastern Ontario including Ottawa, Cornwall, Brockville, Perth, Pembroke, Trenton, and Peterborough. We are happy to provide estimates on work farther from home and have provided services from Manitoba all the way to Haiti.
Our story:
DWS Roofing and Waterproofing Services, Inc. opened its doors in February of 2000. We began with a small team and crew, and tripled in size by the end of our first year. The company has expanded each year since its inception, and is now one of the best-reputed commercial roofing companies in the Ottawa Valley.
DWS began with a mission to provide superior service to our clients and an undeniably excellent finished product. We have stayed true to this mission for two decades.

As the driving force behind the company's field operations, Cody oversees every aspect of the team's work on-site, ensuring quality and precision on every job. Carson Stalker, Chief Executive Officer

Adam Zullo
plays a crucial role in overseeing the company’s financial health and strategic growth. Ryan Rafter, Field Supervisor
Having joined DWS in 2008, Ryan has grown in the company moving from roofer to foreman and is now our field supervisor. Ryan oversees daily field activities on our work sites, and facilitates all phases of projects acting as the direct link between field workers, sub-contractors, consultants, and our project management team.
Nick Sauter, Estimator & PM
Nick joined DWS in 2018 with a decade of experience behind him. Nick is an exceptional project manager, working closely with the teams on his roofs, ensuring a seamless customer experience and the best installation around. His well-rounded experience makes him an asset to any project.
Bhupendra Patel, Estimator & PM, P. Eng
Bhupendra comes to DWS with a degree in civil engineering. He has worked in construction as an estimator and project manager in Ottawa, and as a structural engineer overseas. Our newest addition, Bhupendra brings his wealth of knowledge and his committed pass for a job well done.
